Idle Plastic Tycoon is a mobile game published by Market Games. In this policy, “Market Games,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and publisher of Idle Plastic Tycoon.

2. Information handled when you use the game

Local game data

Idle Plastic Tycoon stores game progress, settings, and related gameplay state locally on your device. Market Games does not operate a player-account system and does not receive your local save file as part of normal gameplay.

Advertising and related technical data

Idle Plastic Tycoon uses Google AdMob to display and measure advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, consent choices, and Google's configuration, Google may process:

• your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may indicate an approximate location;
• app and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hangs, and energy usage; and

Idle Plastic Tycoon uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, record, and apply privacy choices where required. Crash reports and diagnostics

Idle Plastic Tycoon uses Sentry to identify crashes, errors, and performance or stability problems. Depending on the event and SDK configuration, Sentry diagnostic records may include crash logs, stack traces, timestamps, app version, operating-system version, device model, device characteristics, language or locale, network state, and pseudonymous technical identifiers.

Idle Plastic Tycoon does not require you to provide a name or email address to play, and Market Games does not intentionally attach the contents of your local game save to Sentry crash reports.

Android Auto Backup

On supported Android devices, Android Auto Backup may back up and restore Idle Plastic Tycoon's local game progress and settings through the Google account associated with the device. Android and Google control this backup service. Market Games does not operate the backup storage and does not directly access your Google Drive backup.

3. How information is used

• apply consent and privacy preferences;
• diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems;

Market Games uses the following service providers to support Idle Plastic Tycoon:

• Google/Android Auto Backup for device-controlled backup and restoration of local app data.

5. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed by you, the operating system, or an uninstall or reset process. Android backup copies are controlled by Google and your device or account settings.

Developer-accessible Sentry diagnostic records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and correct stability, security, and performance issues, subject to the retention settings and obligations of the service. Advertising and consent data are retained by Google in accordance with Google's applicable settings and policies.

You may request deletion of data reasonably associated with you by emailing support@tmarketgames.com. Because Idle Plastic Tycoon does not use player accounts, some pseudonymous diagnostic or advertising data may not be identifiable as belonging to a particular person. We may retain limited information where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Idle Plastic Tycoon is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13.
